What are Chakras?

In many holistic traditions, Chakras are described as the concentrated energy centers of the body; most practices focus on the seven primary Chakras aligned along the spine, from the base to the crown of the head. Each corresponds to specific physical organs as well as emotional and spiritual states of being.

Will my information remain confidential?

Yes. At Sacred Hearth, all services are strictly confidential. Our practitioners will not share any information from a session with anyone who was not present during the service. While practitioners may document specific insights for internal use to support your quality and continuity of care, this documentation is never shared outside of the business.
